    1. I really enjoyed this PD book. The only reason I gave it 3 rather than 4 stars is that most of the second half is more applicable to classroom rather than small group intervention teachers. However, I liked the author's ideas about conferencing 1:1 and in small groups and how to have conversations about student's writing.

    2. Good ideas and a great review of what I already know. But it's do-able stuff I can pull off in my classroom. Practical and simple.
